Rich give the right advice to get the home ready to sell, priced it just right and it sold in a difficult market in 6 days with multiple offers for more than asking. Nothing less than an incredible experience. With my second home, Rich was my buyers agent in a home in the Lake Jeanette area in what is currently a "sellers market". Negotiations were difficult at best but with his advice I was happy with the sales price and actually came out of the transaction with equity as the appraisal came in higher than asking. So great.
